How to Start the Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 Evaluation Period

Premiumm Host provides Windows VPS installation templates for Windows Server, but we only supply Microsoft evaluation versions. Follow the steps below to activate the evaluation period.

Steps to renew the evaluation

1. Log in to your Windows VPS via Remote Desktop.
2. In the Windows Server search menu, search for "PowerShell".
3. Right-click on "Windows PowerShell" and select "Run as Administrator".
4. In PowerShell, type the command: slmgr -rearm and press Enter.
5. Wait for the confirmation and then restart the VPS with the command: Restart-Computer.
